While the service provider aims to offer high-quality educational content and workshops, no guarantees can be made regarding the outcomes or personal experiences that participants may have. The effectiveness of the content and workshops often depends on the participant’s engagement and application of the material, and results may vary from person to person.

Payment

Payment for courses, workshops, or other services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Accepted methods of payment include PayPal, credit/debit card and bank transfer. If a participant fails to make payment, the service provider reserves the right to withhold access to the service until payment is made.

Cancellation

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for the cancellation of any booking. Failure to provide such notice may result in the full fee being charged.

The participant agrees to indemnify and hold the service provider harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the participant’s use of the services offered through this website.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
