Services

The hypnotherapist/holistic therapist/coach (hereinafter referred to as the “Therapist”) will provide services in line with their professional qualifications and in accordance with the agreed treatment plan. These services may include, but are not limited to, clinical hypnotherapy, holistic therapies and coaching.

Eligibility

Services are available to individuals aged 18 years or over. Individuals under the age of 16 years may access the services with written parental or guardian consent. The Therapist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Confidentiality

The Therapist will maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality with all client information, subject to the prevailing legal and ethical considerations.

Limitations of service

While the Therapist aims to provide beneficial and professional services, no guarantee can be made regarding the outcome of any therapy session. Therapy often depends on the client’s situation and commitment, and results may vary from person to person.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Accepted methods of payment include cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer. If a client fails to make payment, the Therapist reserves the right to cease services until payment is made.

Cancellation

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. Failure to provide such notice may result in the full fee being charged.

Disclaimer

The Therapist is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice. The therapies provided are not a replacement for professional medical advice or treatment. Clients with medical conditions should consult with their healthcare provider.

We may partner with other businesses or become part of different affiliate marketing programmes whose products or services may be promoted or advertised on the website in exchange for commissions and/or financial rewards when you click and/or purchase those products or services through our affiliate links. We will receive a commission if you make a purchase through our affiliate link at no extra cost to you.

Client obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their health and mental state, including any changes that occur during the course of therapy.

Amendments

The Therapist reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The client will be notified of any significant changes prior to their implementation.

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold the Therapist harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the client’s use of the Therapist’s services.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
